1. Grade Level Meetings are to focus on planning Our first IB Thematic Unit.
a. Ask questions and confer with administration when in doubt.
b. Use in house resources (Ms. Manning & Ms. Williams)
c. Let your creativity flow as you think and plan together.
d. Be sure to have minutes from each days' meeting.
2. Spirit Day Wednesday from 2:00 PM- 2:30 PM. Stir up the Swarm!
3. Team Leaders: Please review your Team's Parent-School Compact Files. Please provide administration with a list of students who do not have a compact on file.
4. We need you and/or your room parents to volunteer as we host the Boy's Pre-Season Tournament on Thursday and Friday of this week. Volunteers are needed from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Please sign up in the office and contact your room parents today. Volunteers will work concessions, monitor/supervise at game, direct visitors to restrooms and monitor main halls and office.
5. The Science Fair will be held on Monday, December 8, 2014. Full participation is expected from every grade individual students. Allow in class time as needed. Review all projects prior to set up in gym. Encourage the use of technology in presentations and demonstrations.
6. Tier III Intervention Schedule begins today. Please communicate any needs, ideas or alterations that may be needed. Please provide administration with a list of student groupings.
7. The Blue Elf Financial Education Project will be held for grades K-2 on Fiday December 12th from 8:00 - 10:30 PM. Each class, K-2 will have a guest teacher from BBVA Compass Bank to lead the session.
